The groups on Drives A: and B: are permanent groups used for backing up

accounts; these groups may not be deleted.

NOTE: DLS-2 will only create floppy drive A or B if the drive is installed on the

computer.

Create an Account Manager Group by clicking on the “Create Account

Manager Group” button. A window will be displayed to allow you to name the

group, and to determine which disk drive and directory the group will be

saved in.

Delete a group by clicking on the desired group, and then clicking the “Delete

Account Manager Group” button. IMPORTANT: Deleting a group will delete

all folders and accounts in that group.

Assigning Groups

Assign groups to the user by double-clicking on the name of the desired

group. A icon will appear beside the name of the group to indicate that

it is assigned to the user. To clear a group, double-click on the group to

remove the assignment icon.
